Flap Filler 2, Semi Automatic Inline Flap Filler

The Flap Filler 2 , is extremely compact. The feed chute only extends 315mm behind the bin.

The FF2 can easily exceed rates of 400 pieces per minute, making the filler extremely versatile for handling anything from apples to onions.

The fruit is picked from the infeed chute by a padded roll with a flap attached.
The roll is attached to two driven chains that de-elevate the fruit down to the end of the filling head. The fruit then transfers to the rising return flaps and
are carried upwards to the lay off point.

The bin fills progressively as the head automatically raises to the horizontal
and the bin full position.
