Rotofiller 1, Semi Automatic Inline Dry Bin Filler

The RF1 incorporates all the qualities associated with ROTOFILLER range, the wide fruit belt, staged fruit delivery, rotary head and advanced controls. Translating to low fruit velocity, excellent fill quality and less fruit damage.

Compact in design the RF1 inline model allows it to be installed in very narrow spaces or a group of fillers to be installed side by side when running multiple units.

Semi automatic electrical control system fitted to the RF1 provides a simple but efficient operation with minor operator intervention required.

The bin is simply placed in position, the down button is pressed starting the fill cycle, the head automatically lowers into the bin and starts filling, when the bin is full the fill cycle stops, the head raises and a signal alerts the operator that a bin change is required.
